Governor Gavin Newsom recently outlined a plan to combat gun violence with a proposed 28th constitutional amendment. The news has made waves on both sides of the aisle, so much that Newsom has added Sean Hannity's show to his press tour, bringing the California Governor back to Fox News for the first time since 2010.
