He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and another in finance. He then attended Florida State University’s College of Law. While in school, Cody volunteered with the FSU Public Interest Law Center, representing indigent clients going through the family law system. He also clerked for Quinnell Elder Law Firm in Pensacola and a foreclosure defense firm while in Tallahassee. Since moving into private practice, Cody has broadened his work to all areas of family law, real estate law, wills, trusts, and estates, and DUI defense.
