Tasting Notes: From NOM 1613 this is a smokestack of vanilla on the nose, freshly scraped off the bean, followed by cooked agave and a touch of oak. On the palate, creme brulee and caramel followed by warming spice and a subtle fruit finish.  Vanilla Ice Cream Tequila
