Look for Abundance vs. Scarcity!

Before supermarkets, there was the gap in the spring between when your stored food ran low or ran out and when you would have your first spring crop of greens. People would forage nettles, fiddle head ferns, ramps, mushrooms. It wasn’t the “weeks of want” – it just required a different level of effort to get the food. Get out of the scarcity mindset!
