Intense atmosphere rains persist across Northern California
Doug Sovern is away today. This atmospheric river is dumping intense rain across Northern California and more wet weather is expected in the coming days. The National Weather Service issued multiple flash flood warnings for San Francisco and other parts of the Bay Area. This storm marks the first major rainmaker of the season and it's bringing life threatening conditions with it.
