From Stressed Out to Sold Out with Isabela Ciuffetelli
When you have the right support, you find the confidence to handle every challenge that is thrown at you. As business owners, this is especially true in our often lonely entrepreneurial life. It can become very easy to absorb ourselves in our work and become anxious and stressed over every possibility.
In this episode, I’m chatting with one of my remarkable clients, Isabella from Michigan in the USA. Isabella is the founder of the beautiful sustainable activewear brand ‘Buespark’. Isabella has made the transition from being incredibly stressed and full of anxiety to now being super confident in her own abilities and is a firm believer that anything is truly possible.
Isabella shares her journey over the past 12 months. In her earlier career, she followed the path that others thought was successful. She was making a six-figure salary and working for one of the top consulting firms in the US but at the end of the day, she was incredibly stressed, anxious, and feeling empty. She embarked on a path of self-discovery when she decided to train as a yoga teacher. Over the next 12 weeks, she was immersed in the mindfulness of yoga and meditation. This inspired her to want to share it with the world so she created ‘Buespark’.
Isabella talks about the process she went through when deciding whether or not to hire a business coach. She battled her only limiting beliefs to overcome her mindset and embrace a coach to achieve her goals and create incredible success.
She has shifted her mindset multiple times to learn that you are not your thoughts. You can increase your self-awareness to either accept those beliefs or replace them with a more positive narrative.
Isabella shares the biggest challenges, finding the right support, her proudest moments, and her experience working with me. We finish up by discussing how establishing her morning routine, setting her intentions, and focusing on her mindset have given her the foundation for success every day.
