- I may no longer be twenty, but within me I carry my twenty-year-old self, as well as the self I was at five and the self I was at forty. Ponder your former selves. How might they tackle the situation at hand?
- Research yourself. Use photographs, journals, letters, and even your digital presence to conjure up who you were at pivotal ages in your life.
