As a member of a global commercial real estate company and a partner with his local firm, Chad has completed over 500 deals with clients ranging from small companies to large institutional owners. Chad has been a guest on more than 20 podcast shows as well as being interviewed numerous times by national media. Chad holds both SIOR & CCIM designations, an MBA and is proud to have recently been named an Industrial Influencer by GlobeSt.com.
