In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I go over the Do's and Don'ts of going to the gym with my podcast producer, Tony. I talk about my first experiences in the gym, my biggest pet peeves, why you should absolutely introduce yourself to the staff when you start out at a new gym, and more.  We also discuss the unwritten rules of how and when it's okay to socialize at the gym, when to use collars on your barbells, and why you absolutely should slam the weights down (well, only sometimes).  This is a great primer for those starting their fitness journey or just anyone that wants to feel more comfortable at the gym whether you're just starting out or have been going for years.
