Is God pleased with you? Throughout the book of Isaiah, God was not pleased with the children of Israel. God is a blessing God, He loves to bless His people. But here we're going to see in this chapter, as so frequently is the case in the prophecy of Isaiah, that God's not blessing. He's not helping, he's not delivering. He's not doing anything in order to assist the people. And the reason is simple. The people are in sin. God is not pleased with them, because they are not committed to the will of God. So again, ask yourself that question, Is God pleased with you?
