I'm totally jazzed about this venture for them, and the opportunity to use what would usually be considered food waste to create tasty vegetable spreads is genius!! I am so excited to share this with you all!
Harvest Maine is 2 previous entrepreneurs who worked together separately, and left their businesses to start this together, because they're so passionate about saving food from being wasted. What's not to love?
