Jason reports that the crappie bite is really heating up on the Tennessee River System, with Lake Guntersville in particular being on fire. With waterfowl opener around the corner, Jason also reports that ducks and hunters are both moving into the shallows. Next up on the Cahaba River we have Stephen Rockarts. The fall colors have been lackluster this year with the drought, but the fishing has been on fire and Stephen anticipates that this week’s rain will improve the bite.
