Today I’m talking to Seth Kaufman chief sales manager for ONE Sothebys International Realty in South Florida overseeing 10 managing brokers 1300 associates across 27 offices in the most prestigious neighborhoods throughout Florida’s East Coast.Seth started his career in real estate in 1997 working with International Sales Group selling pre-construction developments. In 2000, alongside his identical twin brother, Seth started Global Marketing Group, an organization that provided sales and marketing services for real estate developers and builders. In 2007, Seth became the Managing Broker for Turnberry International Realty. In 2017, Turnberry International Realty was acquired by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty where Seth stayed as Managing Broker and his scope of management increased adding an additional 200 agents and 3 officesIn 2020 Seth became ONE SIR’s Chief Sales Officer.
