Trump leveraged Twitter, Ronald Reagan used his acting charms on television audiences, and anchor Walter Kronkite brought the Vietnam war into the homes of Americans. Today I look at the Twitter accounts of the two main protagonists in the war being waged over Ukraine by Russian forces. What can we learn and why is PR the ultimate weapon of both war and business.
