Do you put yourself first so that others may benefit?

 

Today we have a chat about how I have been meeting with my friend Erin who used to be a professional organiser. and what we have been chatting about I find Erin so fascinating...In a process of brainstorming my life, Erin pointed out to me that placing myself first means that I am in a better position to help those around me. Don't you find that is is so easy to advise others about how important it is to look after yourself but when it comes down to our own lives we often place others first often to our own detriment. I love meeting with Erin and will be interviewing her during the next show so stay tuned for that.
