McDonald's has been accused of working on a "broken business model" and exploiting worker's shifts in a wide-ranging class action brought against the fast food giant.

The Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association brought the case against McDonald's Wednesday, representing about 25,000 managers and supervisors across 1000 national stores.
