Overcoming Adversity -- This one was a tough one for me in the first few years of my first business. I have now developed a strategic plan to allow myself to be human and go through that natural progression of worry and panic but then collect my thoughts, develop a plan, discuss it with my team and implement a strategy so that we can learn, move forward and get back to enjoying our business.
