This is an obscure prophecy or promise, made in the course of blessing. Dr. Zeile discusses both the Hebrew and Greek Bible's take on this name, which is related to "peace" and speaks of the "Prince of Peace."  This is an Advent service of Evening Prayer with the Magnificat and litany sung by the congregation.
