Tasting Notes: A fruit and floral forward Barbadian rum distilled in column and pot stills then aged for 8-15yrs on Barbados, and then subsequently shipped to France to further age in a variety of ex-bourbon and Ferrand cognac casks. A decent amount of dosage buoys the already dangerously sipplable smoothness, highlighting the freshly scraped vanilla bean, chocolate and orange aromas. More fruit on the palate with a touch of French oak and a lingering, sweet, fruit-forward finish
