“Brad and Kelley Payne” - "Brad and Kelley Payne share about FPIW as well as sharing their testemonies." - Brad Payne is the Family Policy Institute of Washington (FPIW) Policy and Government Relations Director. He began working for FPIW in December of 2021. Born and raised in Kansas, Brad graduated with honors from Wichita State University in 1983 and went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of Kansas Medical Center, with a degree in physical therapy in 1985. Kelly is as engaged with the happenings in Olympia where she serves as the Senior Public information Officer Outreach Coordinator.
