This week Jane tells us about Hamida Djandoubi, a convicted killer in France. He was given the death penalty in 1977 for killing his former girlfriend, Elisabeth Bousquet. She reported him for forcing her into sex work. He was the last person executed in France and the last person by method of guillotine.
Deklan tells us about some of the historical methods of interrogating subjects and the “differences” between interrogation and torture. He also covers some terrifying methods of torture from the past.
We also drink the Interrogation cocktail.
