In low-income housing tax credit news, he discusses a report on low-income housing tax credit developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. In new markets tax credit news, he reviews a study of Maine's state new markets tax credit and how it can be improved. In the historic tax credit section, he discusses the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation's recent report on the National Historic Preservation program. Then, he has some state news from Alabama and Arkansas. Alabama took one step closer to reinstating its state historic tax credit through H.B. 345 and S.B. 262. Arkansas will soon see an increase in its state historic tax credit per-project cap with the passage of S.B. 253. He closes out with the renewable energy tax credit section, where he shares what Rep. Tom Reed has to say about the renewable energy production tax credit. After that, he outlines Oklahoma H.B. 2298, which could end the state renewable energy production tax credit.
