156. PREPARING FOR PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON - FALL REPAIREDNESS
Well for a portion of the country fall is just around the corner and what better time to prepare for the colder weather than when its piping hot outside. Today we talk about getting ready for Fall and that unfortunate season that follows it

PUMPKIN CHILLI (ERIN FROM TWO CHICKS HOMESTEAD)

PUMPKIN CHOCLOATE COOKIES (CANNY COUPLE)
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix top 4 ingredients, set aside.
Mix dry ingredients minus chocolate chips.
Use cinnamon and nutmeg to taste, we use about a tablespoon of each.
Add dry to the wet slowly.
Once mixed, add the chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min or until slightly golden.
