✔️ Retrain your brain to look for green flags. The more you celebrate your wins, the more of that begins to happen. Going through an emotionally painful experience wires us to constantly watch out for red flags. But this anxiety-driven mindset blocks us from the best life experiences.

✔️ Navigating through relationships is lifelong research. Dating, meeting new people, and keeping a long-term partner isn’t as easy as a walk in the park. Practice speaking up in real-time about your feelings so you can align your relationships to your purpose - be it to have children or experience comfort and affection.
