This podcast is for 17 month old Levi Beaty who died on June 1, 2014. His mom and her boyfriend said he choked on cookie, but TBI released a statement saying it was homicide, and that the baby had many injuries, old and new, including blunt force trama and a transection of thoracic aorta. This precious child was beat and tortured. Although there was a no contact order on the boyfriend with Levi he was there at the time of his death. He had only been back in his mothers custody 25 days at the time of his death. DCS gave her custody back on May 7,2014 and he died June 1, 2014. No arrest have been made as of yet, so we are here to make sure Levi gets the justice he deserves! #JusticeForLeviUpdate!!!The Grand jury returned indictments for first degree murder on Amanda Beaty (Levi's mom) and Rodger Dale Prince ll (her boyfriend) in Levi's death today, Sept 15th!!!
