What is "toxic positivity"? Toxic positivity denies and minimizes any negative experiences and insists on a positive spin at all costs. It does not make room for the full range of human emotions/experience and can make us feel isolated and disconnected from our emotions."Practicing positivity" is a preferable tool when working with our brain's inherent negativity bias.
