Last year, there were nearly 2400 alcohol-related crashes in Texas during the holiday season. 75people were killed, nearly 200 were seriously injured.   We're taking an in-depth look at the issue of drunk driving and hear from one woman who survived a crash, but will never walk again.  We talk to a North Texas police department with one of the only DWI enforcement units around, and the changes it's making to bring down the number of crashes.
