#TeamNilNil let it all out for year end episode, and are joined by the co-host of Rivercity93 and the Can I Kick It Podcast, Elliot "Yogi" Barr!
We recap a crazy year and crazy season, capped with the Columbus Crew winning their 2nd MLS Cup in dominating fashion despite last minute Covid handicaps, their journey from being on the verge of relocating barely two years ago, to being league champs (under new ownership and leadership), and their next chapter as they leave the original Crew Stadium and head to Downtown Columbus in 2021. We also go in with Yogi how Covid wrecked the beginning, middle, and especially the end of the USL seasons and how will they rebuild going forward.
We jump over to Europe and go over the matchups to come to in the knockout rounds of the UEFA Champions League, our way too early predictions on who will win the Champions League, and a very good week for Weston McKennie!
We then reminisce over the memories from the past 100 episodes, from very humble beginnings to becoming an influencer in encouraging others to lift their voice in the soccer landscape and building a platform for underserved voices in the game and wrap up with a 2020 2Up/2Down!
