This is the State of California; time is ticking for you to send off those ballots ahead of the November 5th presidential election, and that also means you need to cast your vote on what measures you want to see go in effect.
When it comes to San Francisco, there are a number of propositions on the ballot, including some controversial ones. Among them are two in particular that's causing quite the stir.
