Helen’s biggest realization during Wanting It More was owning the fact that she wasn’t taking responsibility for her own pleasure.

Her lack of enjoyment in the sexual experience wasn’t all about her husband and what he was or wasn’t doing for her.

She was allowing things to happen in the bedroom that she didn’t enjoy that created feelings of boredom, frustration, annoyance, even pain, but she didn’t know what to do when something didn’t feel good anymore (or never felt good in the first place).
