We are focusing on California’s Central Valley and the changes occurring there affecting the state’s political scene. As we noted yesterday, California’s Central Valley is so often considered a “battleground” where the issues and demographic changes along with shifts in the overall political landscape tend to be the tipping point in the Golden State.
