The rash of turnover and retirements isn’t limited to Congress.

With more than half of the state legislature slated to leave under term limits after 2024, many Members are making other plans or moving to run for other offices. 

In the Bay Area, we have recently seen one Member announce his retirement from the Legislature joining at least seven other Legislators throughout the state.
