About Shakti Sagar:

He has Forty years of cross-functional experience in the Office Automation & IT/Information Technology Enabled Services industry.

Someone who set-up the first American SDC in Hyderabad in 1987. 

This is the leader who set up organizations like Intergraph India (1987-1996), D.E. Shaw India (1996-1999) & ADP India (1999-Jan 2016 ).

One of the founding leaders of the Hyderabad IT industry. Recognized by everyone as a visionary & thought leader.

He is passionate about creating the right Life - Life balance, strong believer in the Internet of Teams. 

Normally referred to as a revolutionary for ground-breaking approach to leadership & strategy.

He has received numerous Recognitions by various renowned industry bodies and forums like

  • The 'Game Changer' CEO of the Year 2013” - Society for Human Resource Management India
  • “The Super Boss of the Year Award” – BPO/ITes industry at Corporate Excellence Awards 2014 by World HRD Congress

In addition to the Senior leadership positions, he held as part of his day job, he has also contributed to various industry forums and associated with NASSCOM, HYSEA, AMCHAM etc.
