Melvin Mathews is the Maritime Director at Eniram, he has a background as Master Mariner, he has worked as a ship manager and now he is in the tech world. There are so many wise things that Mathew is sharing with us, he speaks about leadership, the need for new, visionary leadership within the shipping industry. He has noticed the new perspective that the Millenials and the Gen Z:s are bringing to our industry and he speculates a little bit what that will look like for the future.
