Karl Leonard Hicks is the founder and CEO of The Leonard Financial Group. He has spent his entire professional career working with individual families to get their financial house in order and keep it that way. As a former chairperson for the Financial Planning Association Chapter for the Inland Empire, a member of the Professional Financial Planning Advisory Committee for the University of Redlands and an adjunct faculty member, Karl has always actively promoted financial education and literacy.
Karl is also involved in the Inland Empire community where he lives. He has served on and continues to serve on community boards and committees including the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the United Way of the Inland Valleys, the Riverside Community Health Foundation, the Mission Inn Foundation, the Asian Pacific Cultural Association, the R.T. Fields Bar Association, the Riverside Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Riverside County and the Asian Pacific American Lawyers of the Inland Empire.
Karl has also received awards and accolades for his work in the financial planning profession and his work in the community
