State Representative Kevin Haggerty was back on the House floor in Harrisburg yesterday and on his way today he checked in with WILK's Sue Henry.. Haggerty a Democrat representating the 112th district had been under fire since late last year for missing over 20 voting days from July thru the end of last year which he attributed to family matters.
