With the right mindset, sometimes the worst circumstances can unfold into a bold and brilliant new path.  In this episode, we tell the story of Kelly Wislar, who was able to overcome cancer, divorce and a tragic car accident involving her teenage daughter and start a journey of healing.  Kelly tried yoga during her struggles, and immediately became hooked.  After being encouraged by her yoga instructor, Kelly took the steps to also become an instructor.  After working with elderly patients, who had physical limitations, she went on to develop a program for people to perform yoga from their seats.  This new business model immediately took off, as people recognized the benefit of being able to do her classes in a car, at work, in groups and as individuals.  Kelly has since written a book, "Have a Seat Yoga," in order to help inspire others with her journey.
