As California broils through its worth September heatwave ever, the pressure is on Gov. Newsom to keep the lights on. As KCBS political reporter Doug Sovern says, it is crucial for the governor to not only support Californians through this heatwave, but to make sure that residents do not experience electricity blackouts. But despite the state's efforts and the governor's assurances, we could still see rolling blackouts this week.
