"This is such a great time to see who you truly are. How are you responding to this whole thing. What are you doing with your time? I'll tell you, this is such a fucking gift when it comes to time, because I don't know about you, but how many times have you heard people say, "I don't have time. I don't have time. I just can't. I can't do that now. I really want to do that for myself." OK, so now that is just an excuse in a lie, you know? So if you're not taking advantage of all of this time that we now have. Then you got to dig deeper and ask yourself, "Why do I not want to do this?" or "Why am I not changing?" or "Why am I resisting?" Often times it's because there's a second gain. Some people might not understand what second gain means. A second gain is when you are gaining some type of benefit from engaging in a specific behavior or not changing and staying where you are."
