In this interview, we discuss racial inequities and social justice, and the importance of not reinforcing the same networks and biases, but rather providing equal opportunity when it comes to developing talent. We also discuss how the company is bringing in excellent talent by investing in historically black colleges and universities, high school programs, and other funds, and a variety of other topics.
