My family got hit hard by COVID this past week and it taught me the absolute importance and pure joy of stopping, taking a break and taking a nap. As a chronic over-achiever, I often push my body to ultra-exhaustion until my body makes me stop to take a break. In this episode, I share how self-care can be a joyful expression of self-love.
