Brian is cofounder of the apartment investing firm Four Oaks Capital and the director of the multifamily educational community The Tribe of Titans. He is also the host of the “Diary of an Apartment Investor” podcast . He is an active duty Marine lieutenant colonel retiring very soon after 20 years of service.
