There’s a new campaign underway to raise California’s minimum wage again, beyond the recent rise to $15 an hour, this time to $18 an hour, with annual increases tied to inflation

 If the man behind the idea can collect enough petition signatures, the $18 hourly wage will go before California voters on next November’s ballot

At $18 an hour, California would have the highest minimum wage in the nation, and for more,  KCBS Political Reporter and host of this show Doug Sovern along with KCBS News Anchors Patti Reising and Jeff Bell spoke with Joe Sanberg, the Southern California entrepreneur, millionaire investor and anti-poverty activist who is spearheading this campaign.
