Every month, social enterprise Two Good Co's Darlinghurst cafe enlists a different chef to contribute a menu. Top talent including O Tama Carey (Lankan Filling Station), Kylie Kwong (Lucky Kwong) and Orazio D’Elia (Dar Orazio) have all shared menus to help raise funds and employ women affected by domestic violence, homelessness and trauma. The latest addition to this impressive roster is food writer and stylist Lucy Tweed, of the popular instagram account Every Night of the Week. Lucy joins Around Town to chat about her vegetarian take-over and the process of writing recipes for people who don't like recipes.
