Call it dumb luck or brilliant market timing. Our guest today bailed out of the stock market right before the Great Recession, and gravitated toward real estate in 2009 with a pile of cash. Since then, he's invested in single-family, multi-family, and vacation rentals. He has also invested in fix-and-flips, and more than 25 syndicated deals.
