Victor Shi is currently a junior at UCLA, strategy director for Voters of Tomorrow, and columnist for Resolute Square. As if not impressive enough, he was also elected as the youngest Delegate for Joe Biden and organized in presidential, state, and local elections. I wanted to sit down with Victor to discuss young voters and where he thinks they would stand if the 2024 election is between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
