1. Focus on rest, diet, and exercise when trying to maintain or improve health. These are things that we can control.
2. What is the point of knowing a lot or having a lot of information, if you can't or you aren't willing to teach others? It is important to share information with each other so that we can all grow. It's not about competition.
3. Kevin promotes the health benefits of products such as black seed oil, sea moss, and smoothies.

In 2011, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, out of the blue. I did not have any prior health concerns or issues. Fast forward, the dreaded cancer diagnosis opened my eyes, introduced me to my purpose, and lead me to where I am today.
