Episode #156.
Over a year ago I met Rainer and we recorded a podcast July 2022. We decided to not publish our first go around and here we are almost a year later and Rainer shares her story with us. She is a beautiful soul and I am so honored for staying in touch with friends and sharing hope and gratitude together!

Rainer BIO:
Rainer Goldberg has worked at the intersection of public and behavioral health for over ten years. She has experience as a case manager and therapist at multiple public and private agencies, worked as a senior social worker at one of the largest homeless shelters in New England, and as a tireless clinician for a psychiatric mobile crisis team at the onset of COVID-19. During March 2021, she survived a severe manic episode that resulted in hospitalization and received a formal diagnosis of Bipolar I Disorder that derailed her life. She now understands the importance of effective cognitive remediation as it has helped her get back to work and live a meaningful life.
