Megan Gaul is the Owner of Partake Meal Planning and Wellness, and also is a weight loss coach with heart, because she doesn't say food are off limits; she knows it works, because she lost over 100 lbs 5 years ago. We talk about how her plan works, and tools she puts in place to ensure success. She talked about taking the next right action, instead of punishing ourselves for messing up.
Megan is also passionate about food waste, and uses meal planning to help be mindful of that. She says " By changing a few habits we can bring more healthy habits, and reduce our footprint on the world."
