Do you pride yourself on having a pretty high sh*t tolerance?
Is it possible that that’s not such a good thing?
This episode is inspired by one of my mastermind students as well as the transformation that I have gone through this year. There has been a lot of shedding of baggage, and that has been so freeing.
I’ve always had a pretty high tolerance for things I don’t like and an ability to push through, but I realized that that wasn’t making me happy. Eventually, I hit a ceiling and knew something had to change.
If you’re someone who is pretty resilient and can handle having a lot thrown at you but you’re starting to feel like you’ve hit your max capacity, this goes out to you, so tune in!
